1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

• The product is returned without original tags or packaging.

• The return request is raised after the allowed time window.

• The product is a custom-made, made-to-order, or altered piece (unless damaged or defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products

• Products bought on sale, discount, or special promotions (unless damaged or defective)

• Products that have been altered or tailored on request

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or

• A refund, as per our internal assessment

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

5. Refunds

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within [X] business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

• Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary and are outside our control.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, as applicable.

• Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

7. Important Notes

• Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. Minor variations in color, texture, or weave are part of handcrafted and artisanal processes and are not considered defects.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
