  • All orders are processed within 4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping may be available for select countries. If you are outside India, please contact us at support@danyahbanaras.com before placing your order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Within India: Typically 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Orders: Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier partner policies.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

6. Delays & Issues in Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Danyah Banaras is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Customs or regulatory delays

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will do our best to support you and coordinate with the courier partner for updates.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video and/or take clear photos immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@danyahbanaras.com with your order number and proof of damage.

  • We will review the case and assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.
