At Danyah Banaras, we want you to love your pre-draped saree. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Please contact us at support@danyahbanaras.com or via WhatsApp to initiate a return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different color or style. Contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags and packaging
